   We use an anti-spam CAPTCHA service to protect the contact form from spam messages.
2. Processing of requests:
   We process the information and data sent via email or the contact form for the purposes of the relevant project. This may include, for example, a quotation, technical arrangements for an event or similar (as set out in our Scope of Services ).

Data provided when making contact

When you contact us via the contact form or by email, we use the information you provide (contained in the message or any necessary details) for project management or to respond to your enquiry. We retain the data received for as long as is necessary for the project, or for longer if clients wish to maintain regular contact. 

In addition to the actual message and personal details, when you contact us via the form, data is sent to hCaptcha to ensure the form is used securely and free from spam. When you submit the message, the Privacy Policy and terms of service of hCaptcha are accepted.
